| Milford, CT – July 10, 2006 - New Standard Institute announced this week that a new seminar has been added to the company's schedule: CMMS Made Easy, to be presented by Kris Bagadia. This seminar is designed to accompany Bagadia's new book Computer Maintenance Management Systems Made Easy – How to Evaluate, Select, and Manage CMMS, published this month by McGraw-Hill.
The book title is seemingly an oxymoron since the idea that the subject can be "Made Easy" is a surprise to many users of entreprise systems. Bagadia, however, has been working with computer systems for over 20 years and is able to transfer his knowledge into usable, useful information.
Kris Bagadia, PE, is a Certified Plant Engineer with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. Bagadia has been involved with every aspect of CMMS, from design, development, and testing through sales and marketing. He has conducted dozens of seminars and webinars on CMMS since 1982, and is a frequent speaker for organizations such as Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Association of facilities Engineering (AFE), National Manufacturing Week, and a wide variety of universities. In May 2006 Bagadia received Plant Engineering Magazine's 2005 Product of the Year Silver Award for his Plant Engineering Tools Suite, which contains nearly 400 Engineering and Mathematical calculations and data tables.
The CMMS Made Easy seminar will be presented as a two-day session - premiering in Los Angeles, California, in November 2006. Registration for the seminar is available through the New Standard Institute website. Click here for seminar outline.
